  • How much will my extension service cost?

    Price is determined based on hair length, technique, time, and amount of product used. All hair extension services require a consultation if clients want to schedule an initial installation, reinstallation with a new method, or a new hair color. If you are unsure, please contact ask us.

  • How do I take care of my extensions?

    Extensions are a luxury service and should be treated as that. Every client will receive a hair extension aftercare package with their extension service expect those who are getting a maintenance. Clients who are looking for low to no maintenance install, please contact us or let us know in your New Client Intake Form.

  • Am I able to mix different extension methods?

    Mix methods are not for everyone. Mix methods are often for clients that does not fall under a specific category. This is why we do not have a set price for extension services. Every client has a different starting point even if the end result is similar. Since extensions are a luxury service, please be prepared to invest so our specialists are able to achieve your hair goals.

  • Can I bring my own hair extensions?

    Since extension services are a luxury service, we do not accept hair outside of the salon. Often clients offer to bring their own hair extensions but at Plush everything is included and exclusive. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients happy and stress-free. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

  • Am I able to book a different service outside of my usually hair service

    Absolutely! Consultations are only required if you are changing your extension method or if you were serviced by another professional in between your appointments.

  • How often should I retouch my color?

    Color maintenance appointments are different for every client. After your consultation and initial color appointment, your color specialist will recommend a timeline based on your service, frequent new growth, and haircare.

  • Do online color prices apply to me?

    Color services are priced at a starting cost. Clients will receive the final cost of their hair color service during their consultation. Color corrections will be given an approximate price depending on if there is any complications during the service. Color services with extensions are a separate cost that will be discussed during the consultation process.

  • Should I wash my hair before a service?

    We ask our clients to not wash their hair before any service. Due to some clients sensitivity levels, we encourage clients to wait a minimum of 48-72 hours after their last shampoo to be serviced.

  • What forms of payment do Plush accepts?

    We currently accept deposits and remaining balances via Zelle, Cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit or debt cards. Plush Hair Salon and Spa enjoying keeping our clients happy so they will not go through the hassle of processing fees. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
